Heather has worked as an educator, / adult educator & senior recruitment consultant in both the UK & ZA.
Heather pursued post-grad studies in "Personnel and training Management" to broaden her options outside the education sector; and established a recruiting division within a training and development provider prior to opening IT Select Recruitment. Heather has represented the ITARCS Committee for Cape Town ensuring Best Practice is adhered to both within member organizations; as well as promoting these
within the industry across the board.
